down loading new version for IB users

Good morning, I am a Interactive Broker user and after the notification downloaded the new version as recommended. Now i still get the notification that my version is not supported for IB anymore soon. Can you help me? I am having trouble with the link between SC and IB a lot lately with orders not taken and all that stuff so quite frustrating. Best regards Bram |

We see you are running the version of Sierra Chart with Old Spreadsheets and the latest available version is 1310 for Old Spreadsheets. Although with the download command from within Sierra Chart you will get version 1307. Do you need to use Old Spreadsheets? We can make an exception in your case and allow you to run an older version. However, if you are going to trade 2016 futures contracts, there will be a problem with Position reporting. Do you use Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Use Server-side OCO and Bracket Orders? Wondering if that is the source of some of problems. No i dont use spreadsheets.... i do use some ACSIL programmed indicators though... about the OCO and bracket orders these are enabled in the settings.... i use a lot of OCO and brackets orders what would be the best solution here? download the latest version with the new spreadsheets? |
