Purchased one month of category 3, then opened an account at infinity. Trying to use the infinity feed, my data is not real time, I cannot populate a quote board, downloaded the data feed at global but not working right, no candle movement, if I disconnect feed then reconnect feed that refreshes the data but there is no real time candle movement. could the category 3 that I purchased be in conflict with my attempt to use my new account feed with infinity?????

Frustrating, cant figure out why no real time

Select File >> Connect to Data Feed.

Open a chart through File >> Find Symbol.

this is the most frustrating program I have ever dealt with, there is no way to copy past this message log from this window, im almost done with this crap, for a week now I have been trying to get real time data, my charts dont move, the program is connected the quote board does not populate, the chart come up from symbol but DOESNT MOVE

Make sure the computer has Microsoft .NET version 4 installed.

And make sure any firewall software is disabled. The Windows firewall does not have to be disabled.

thankyou sir the .net 4 worked, I left the windows firewall up. One quick question is it possible to conform this new computer'sierra to the old computer' sierra where I have done some study work and saved some chartbooks????
