Remote Chartbook Time and Sales Window Only Reporting 1% of Volume!

I am assisting a new SC user in setting up his chartbooks, etc. His source chartbook (connected to IQFeed) is working perfectly, including the Time and Sales window connected to his primary chart. The charts in the remote chartbook (connected to IB) are receiving the Remote data from the source chartbook just fine, with the exception that the Time and Sales window only reports 1% of the Time and Sales volume, In other words, a transaction of 452,368 shares is reported as 4523 shares. Most transactions are reported as '0'. The settings in the Time and Sales window for the remote chartbook are identical to the settings of the Time and Sales window in the source chartbook. What might be causing this anomaly? |

You need to enable Global Settings >> General Settings >> General 2 >>Use Non-Chart Data from Remote Charts.
