hi There, I just created a account with Sierra Chart to try out the software. Now on opening the program it says my package doesnt give me excess to the trading data. Is this because i am in the 15 day free trail? I would like to try Sierra Chart with data excess. Best regards

Your account has been activated and/or reset. A restart is necessary if Sierra Chart is already running. Exit the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". Open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu. After your Sierra Chart usage time ends, you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit".

Hi there, I have recently completed my trading course and now looking to start practicing on live charts. I have been informed to activate my 15 day free trail to get a feel of Sierra chart and learn the system before rolling for the Service Package 5. However, I have followed the instructions to activate the 15 day free trail but have been unsuccessful. Can I get any support here? Kind regards

User703372: You had created your account back in 2022, therefore we had to reset and activate your Trial for you, as normally this occurs when you create your account.
