Just tried to use the TC button on a horizontal line but got a pop-up message saying your package does not support this function. is this correct? I don't use any of the advanced features and don't currently need historical data so its a bit extreme upgrading just to be able to change the appearance of lines.

To use the Tool Configuration buttons on the ControlBar and to have Multiple Tool configurations requires Sierra Chart package 3 or higher. Ok I'll see how that goes but there may be other functions that are not in Package 1 that I don't yet know about and can't do without. I recall seeing a table/matrix a month or so ago that set out in detail all the features of each package, but cant find it now. Do you have it archived somewhere on the website?

What we could do is if there is something you really need, and package 3 is out of your price range we could for the next 4 months set your service package to 3 without an additional cost. Thanks for the suggestion. To be honest as I am only using this for an FXCM account and don't require any of the spreadsheet function or advanced indicators I would rather keep things as simple as possible (less moving parts to worry about). Having said that, if you could set it to package 3 for the next 4 months to enable the TC buttons and potentially any other features not in package 1, I can then decide going forward if these are must haves when renewing.
