Sieraa Charts has a major problem transmitting live trades to Interactive Brokers, Interactive told me that Sierra is the cause of the problem.

Today I places a trade for a short on Oil e-minis that was not recognized be I
sierra. The trade was placed on sierra trading dom with a stop and a target OCO bracket..
My log stated that the trade was rejected I tried a second time to place a trade and got the same results.

However the trades were received by Interactive unknown to me, When I became aware of this I pressed the flatten button on the DOM and was advised that there was nothing to flatten as there were no open contracts. I had to call Interactive to close two trades that Sierra said did not exist. This resulted in turning a profit into a loss since during the time I tried to flatten the market reversed.

Interactive says it is your fault and that they sent you an email about the problem.

I cannot use Sierra without the certainty that you data in and out is being received by Interactive. I have been your client for years ands have influenced many of my friends to subscribe.

How and when will you solve this problem? I must have an immediate response,

This is not the problem. The problem is the reporting of the current Position for a trade which has to do with symbol data which is incomplete from Interactive Brokers for positions.

My log stated that the trade was rejected I tried a second time to place a trade and got the same results.

It is not a case of an order being "rejected". How do you come to this conclusion? Specifically what are you seeing?

The root of the problem is the substandard Interactive Brokers API and Interactive Brokers has been repeatedly told about these problems but they fail to resolve them.

We have made an announcement about this here:
Notice: Important Update for Interactive Brokers Users

Refer to that posting for information about the problem and for instructions to update.

You have been given a link to this information for about a week now in the System Notification Window when Sierra Chart is restarted.

Once again, Interactive Brokers needs to properly address these problems and they are not. The responsibility lies with them. They are providing incomplete symbol data with Trade Positions. We have worked around the problem, but it would not have happened to begin with if proper symbol data with Trade Positions was provided to begin with from TWS. And the solution that we have employed, is very complicated to solve this.

Interactive Brokers should recognize the major problems they caused by several substandard aspects of the API they have.
