DX Historical Continuous Contract Chart

Hi, I am trying to get more historical daily data for DX,but file goes only one year back...??!! I have set:Advanced Settings--->Continuous futures contract-volume based rollover,tried to delete whole file and download again but it doesn't work.Days to load is set to 9999. How to get more then a year of data for DX daily chart? |

Make sure the Service in Sierra Chart is set to "SC Data-All Services" and not SC Forex Data. Actually we realize there are no rollover rules defined for that futures contract. We are doing this now.

This problem is now resolved. Update the Symbol Settings as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettingsSteps After this go to the chart and select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate. Thanks,that worked! Thumbs up for swift support and good customer service. Now it goes back to 2005,but i would love to have more data as i need to look for supply levels above current price,which has not been retested in more than decade. Data should go back to 1985. when contract was released.So is there a way to get more data for the contract? |

It goes back to 1985-11-20. You need to increase the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Days to Load setting.
