I will be subscribing to Sierra with an FXCM account but for accounting reasons I need to start on 1 December when my existing charting software expires. Could I get an extension to my current trial of a couple of days to 30/11?

3 days has been added to your account for making payment. 1. To purchase usage time, select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu. You can also go to this page in your browser: https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=SCUsageTimePayments Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password. 2. Choose the number Months you wish to pay for and the Service Package. 3. Choose one of the payment options. |
