Session Times on Trading DOM

The Apply Global Symbol Settings button in the Chart Properties of my standalone Trading DOM(s) does not populate the Start and End times of the Session Times. So I manually enter the times. But they do not always stick. I'm not sure what causes the times to return to the default of 00:00:00 and 23:59:59, but I think all my Trading DOMs reverted to those times when I last upgraded, which was to version 990. Any time I press the Apply Global Symbol Settings button, the Session Times also revert to those default times, even though the Global Symbol Settings have specific Session Times set.

Is there some setting that might have an effect on this?

Global Settings >> Symbol Settings >> Apply Intraday Session Times to Intraday Chart is enabled. I also enabled Chart >> Chart Settings >> Apply Intraday Session Times to Intraday Chart, but the Apply Global Symbol Settings button still applies the default times instead of the symbol global session times.
