Changing Global Type Text Color in version 1269

Hello folks, I cannot seem to change the color of the text that I type on charts. It is defaulted to green. I have tried and failed in Global Settings>>Graphics Settings>>Chart Text. Should I be able to change the text color in my current service package of 1? |

You need to do this through the Drawing Tool Configuration window for the Type Text tool. Thank you. My next question is how might I best repository blocks of text for reuse? If I want to have, say, "Entry Focus Timeframe" stored so that I can quickly recall and place it on a chart. |
