On an attached chart the mouse wheel scroll moves 1 bar each turn however on detached charts it moves 2 bars. I have Global Settings>General Settings2 Multiplier set to 1.00 and have just installed v1325. Is this a bug or another setting that needs to be changed?

Whether a chart is detached or not it will not make any difference. It could not be any kind of bug. It must be a system specific issue. We cannot duplicate the problem and this is something we cannot provide further help with.
