Cannot get the Google Feed to work

Following on from post: http://www.sierrachart.com/supportboard/showthread.php?t=42169&highlight=Google+Data I cannot get this to work at all, even with a well known stock like Microsoft. Data connection s set to Google Finance, hit File --> Find Symbol, type in the Selected Symbol text box "MSFT-NASDAQ" (without quotations), click Open Historical Chart and I don't get anything just a blank chart. Am I doing something wrong please? |

Ok really glad it works for you but that doesn't help me. Is there something please I can check to get this working? I have followed the instructions on your page and can attach screenshots to show what I am doing. If the post I attached in #1 was answered I may have had somewhere to go. Thanks |

OK we see the problem. Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Historical Data Service Settings. Enable Use Primary Service Server.
