sierra chart with interactive brokers data

hi i am trying to use sierra chart with interactive brokers feed. i am doing this successfully BUT, i would like use the actual close price on my daily charts instead of adjusted. is this possible?? i am happy to use either historical daily or 1440m intraday to produce a bar that represents a days worth of trading. from a bit of experimenting, when i try 1440m intra (1 day) my charts do not look right at all. I have tried different time zones eg - brisbane and nyc but still not difference. pls see files attached of example es 12-15. thanks |

Use a Historical Daily chart and uncheck Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Allow Real-Time Updating of Historical Chart. hi it is relevant because you can clearly see that while the price action is correct on the historical chart, on the intraday chart it is not based on 1440m. It hasn't even started a new bar yet for the new globex session. screenshots where taken at same time. also did as instructed, but did not seem to change closing price for daily bar using historical charts once unchecked. i basically want the daily bar to show the closing price as the last price traded. thanks |

hi just to finalise this support request, i got the charts i wanted by using the intraday chart setting, the reason my charts were not printing correctly is that i hadnt set to open/close times. all good now. |

OK this is good. You also need to realize from our perspective, we had little understanding of what it is you were trying to show in those chart images and we had no knowledge of what the Chart Settings are. Originally we thought you wanted the very last bar in the chart not to use the current price but the official settlement price.
