impossible to connect to sierrachart to download compiler, to update and others

i paste the log about what i can't do...another thing: when i try to connect to the support board from the software it reply i have not the permission... to share my solution: i had to reinstall to a completely NEW directory sierrachart...

Yes, sometimes that is a solution. This is an indication you are running a firewall program like Norton or McAfee. Or something like that.
