Do I need to synchronize my chart timing?

Advice please:

1.) I'm using SierraChart for charting and real time forex data but I execute trades on an unrelated company's platform. There is a price difference by a fraction of pips, and possibly more at varying times, between the two.

2.) Also the formation of the candles is a bit off between my PC's Clock and the Sierra's candles' closing by approximately a 20 to 40 seconds.

A.) Could either of these two issues be caused by the need to sync my PC's clock with SierraChart?
B.) If so, can I do this manually within a certain tollerance? I didn't find how to do this in the help documentation.
C.) I saw that a third party software I can download to perform for syncing is suggested in the help documentation. If you recommend that I install it, I'll try to do so. However, I don't know if installation of that software is warranted or if I can install it and use it successfully.

Thank you in advance! (I won't thank you again with another email after your reply as I accidentally did before, sorry.)

With the Sierra Chart Forex Data Feed, the time stamping does not use your local computer clock.

Therefore, making any clock changes is not going to change the chart bars.

The NTP software recommended here:

Is safe because we use that on our servers.
