Is there a setting whenever I have the hand tool enabled and place the mouse over one of the chartdom buy/sell columns only then a horizontal crosshair line to be displayed?

I know about this setting, I was asking if I place the mouse over the columns of the chart Dom only then the croshairline to be visible

This is not supported like that. You have to activate the Chart Values tool first or have the Chart Values tool always active when using another tool.
