Live Trade profit did not show up in PNL

please let me know what I need to do in addressing this problem. I had a trade in YMZ5 on October 30, 2015 afternoon around 3:10 pm. I bought two lots at 17628. Sold one lot at 17636 and the other lot at 17644. - profiting 26 points. But profit was not reflected in my PNL. I am forwarding you the email confirmations about these orders which I receive in my gmail account - ncn141953@gmail.com. And these were live orders and not simulated.
