We now have the information we need to resolve this for you.

You can now set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings>> Data and Other Settings >> Output Debugging Messages to False.

We will try to have the changes out by morning.

For the record this relates to a Financial Advisor account and we are going to make some changes to apply standard Trade Position data handling for that account type.

Thank you, it's not something you have to stay up all night doing, Whenever it's done, it's done. No life and death issues here at all.

Your support was excellent and it's duly noted and appreciated.

Good morning

Have installed the prerelease and run some paper trades, it appears to be working as it should, the paper trade TWS platform is slightly different from the real one.

I'll know more over the course of the day as some real trades go off
Will update you on progress

thank you for your overnight efforts

Have noticed an unusual and recurring action since this update.
When SC does some historical data work (I think that's when it happens, not certain yet), the portfolio window in TWS changes accounts.
Kind of disconcerting. This is not running trades with SC, but while using the DOM/Booktrader in TWS is how I noticed it as TWS Booktrader won't show profit/loss if a different account is selected from the account in Booktrader. If it's been changed by SC, have to manually go put it to the right account portfolio in TWS.

You need to contact Interactive Brokers about this. It would not be Sierra Chart causing this. This is not even possible. This is an issue for Interactive Brokers to resolve.

IT reliably does this when SC is booted and checking the trade data from IB/TWS. This is an interaction between SC and TWS probably related to the FA functionality recently implemented. If SC checks trade data during the day, it does it again. There may not be a way around this but it should be noted that it does happen and it is an interaction of SC and TWS.

You need to tell Interactive Brokers about this. This is strictly an Interactive Brokers issue. Sierra Chart has 0% control over this.

What they could do is look at their TWS log file to find out why this is happening.
