SC: I have an idea to enhance the initial balance study. It would be nice to allow the IB to be extended like the POC is. Specifically, you could give the trader the option of extending the IB until further intersection with price, like the POC does. Or, you could allow the prior days IB to be displayed on today's chart even though it has been intersected already today. This second choice would be like the prior day option on the Daily OHLC study. I think both of these would be an easy upgrade to your charts that would add a lot of info. to a trader's arsenal. For more information about our response, refer to this thread here: Notice: Suggestions (Currently not accepting) Also for your information, we have another similar study on our to do list, at least for two years now, a study to extend closing prices until future intersection. It has not even been done yet due to the significant complexity of it. We simply cannot take anything new. There was also another suggestion of yours about an enhancement to the swing high and low study which was marked as a user discussion. Once again, it is not under consideration. We do not have the ability timewise to handle these things and do them right and support them. We have to be honest with you. It is pointless for us not to be honest and then you wait around two years later and wonder where the feature is. We are going to tell you immediately, whether this is under consideration or not. Now if we continue to hear about something over and over again, we will then start to consider it. Also, the study changes, if they are important to, you could always program them yourself or hire a programmer to do them.
