I have a problem with e-mini NASDAQ 100 data

Hello,

I have a problem with NASDAQ data. I need real-time data for e-mini NADAQ 100(symbol NQZ15). I purchased Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed for $35 and Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts for $3.25 but data for NASDAQ is not here(only delayed data). In the list of supported exchanges you have NASDAQ data but I am not exactly sure which one to select:

NASDAQ Indices: Price 3.25 USD/month.
U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, BATS): Price 10.5 USD/month.
BATS (NYSE, NASDAQ): Price 4.25 USD/month.
But maybe it is problem with authorization(CFD real-time data are working perfectly so the program is set up correctly). I don’t know what is wrong.

Can you help me with this?

Yes I have funded trading account at Interactive brokers.

And I added it in: Market Data Feed Features site
- because I read on your page that if I add my broker then the data will cost less.

But I do not want the real-time data from the IB because they have bad data and I am working with numbers bars and I need quality data for it.

- My problem with this data is that it shows me a message that "Symbol in unknown" if I select in data/trade service settings -> SC Exchange Data.

But data are visible but delayed(and they are not updating) so I have read many articles at your website about it and I think I have not authorization or I do not have the right data for the "e-mini NASDAQ 100" I am not sure.

The market data feed on your Sierra Chart account is set up correctly.

You just need to connect to your Interactive Brokers account to access the CME data and all the other exchanges.

It is not working. IB data are working perfectly but if I select SC exchange data it is not working and there is the same error - "Symbol is unknown". I restart sierra chart but it was the same.

- I tried connect the sierra chart through API(TWS platform),
- I tried connect the sierra chart through IB data directly(use username and password)

Then tried to restart again. But nothing is working.

I am sorry, I finally get it how all of this works and it is working just fine. I can't select the 'SC exchange data' unless I will pay the higher fee. This is excellent because I will paid a way much less for market data this way.

OK good. We wish this were not so complicated, but it is simple is as it can be in order to comply with exchange rules.
