Hello,

I used your product under a different email 2-3 years ago, and now I would like to see if it would be helpful to me with charting and your Data feed. I was able to download it but I can't look at the products you offer for charting, I need to know if you offer the CBOT ICS exchange supported treasury spreads (NOB, FYT....etc.), CME exchange supported eurodollar spreads and others. First, does the Sierra Chart data feed have these? Would you be able to allow this account to have a demo of your charting and your data feed for a day? Otherwise, what do I do in order to look at these.

I really appreciate your help,

Jim

Exchange traded spreads are supported. We will check on these specific symbols. We do know that the Eurodollar spreads are supported currently. If the others are not listed, we will add them now.

Do you have a futures trading account? For the reason why we ask this question, refer to this section here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#CME

Also, the data feed does not have a trial. Here are the instructions to use it:

Thanks,

Does the data feed offer all eurodollar contracts? The eurodollars that are available in the demo only go out to 2017.

Yes, I have a futures trading account, so along with the exchange fees what is the price of the data feed per month for CME and CBOT (I was unable to find this info)?

Also, how far back is the historical data for the data feed?

Thank you.

Jim

We apologize for the delay with this. Just that there are many details here that we wanted to review and make sure we give you accurate information.

Yes, the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed does provide Eurodollar contracts but you may not see all of them listed. You just need to manually change the month and year part of the symbol to get any available contract. But we will make sure they are all listed for easy selection.

Pricing can be found here:

What broker/trading service do you have the futures trading account with?

The amount of historical data is explained in this section here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#Included

We also need to finish adding these:

CBOT ICS exchange supported treasury spreads (NOB, FYT....etc.),

My broker is AMP, I am using the TT feed/X_trader, and I am adding a second account with CQG. As far as I understand using AMP and TT NET or CQG my exchange fees low, around 15, that is what I pay now per month.

Thank you for your help with all this. When you are used to one platform and want to switch, it can be very hard to understand everything new.

Therefore, you will be entitled to the lower priced CME exchange fees.

How can I pull up the Treasury Spreads in the demo, I was hoping to see how they looked with certain indicators.

Thanks

The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed does not have a trial.

Furthermore, the treasury spreads you mention:
CBOT ICS exchange supported treasury spreads (NOB, FYT....etc.),

have not yet been added. That will be done over the weekend and historical data will only begin this Sunday evening for them.
