Help! DAX orders do not appear on TWS and vanish

This happens only with DAX. GBL and forex orders appear fine. When I send a DAX order, it says order sent, but nothing appears on TWS. After a few seconds the line disappears from the chart, TWS still has no knowledge of it. I rebooted and restarted all programs, to no result. What other info do you need from me? I'm on Sierra 1300, TWS build 949.3a Thank you. |

I see that the new name probably has to do with the introduction of the Mini DAX. I tried to get data for the Mini, through DAX-201512-DTB-EUR-5, but I guess you do not offer it yet?

phaedonk, Mini-Dax will first be available on Nov. 2nd at IB. Have a look at the Bulletin in TWS. They sent out a notice today.

The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed does provide mini DAX futures at this time. We have set up the proper symbol settings for it just now. I don't see anything yet, but thanks for the info. Trading started yesterday though. Hopefully it will have large volume to make it worthwhile.

You should be getting data for sure now. We see you do have the EUREX exchange active on your Sierra Chart account. Yes, after a restart and symbols update it's fine. I feel sorry for this chart though, hopefully it will get better.
