So you want to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed? You need to follow through the step-by-step instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions It is more than just adding credit to the Additional Services Balance. And based upon the symbol we see in the chart,, you will need to activate the US Equities exchange if you want real-time data. And that exchange requires you complete the NASDAQ and NYSE agreements. You will see a link to complete those agreements on the Activate/Deactivate Exchanges page. The instructions explain all of this.
