cannot connect to Transact using CLR version

I'm trying to install sc on wine1.7.51 using the transact data stream. The transact data stream connect ok when not used with not associated with sc.When I try to start sc usin the ta data stream, sc canot conect. Is the clr version of sc compatbe with TA data stream. SC tried to load using port 1869. Attact is copy of log.

You are not running the CLR version of Sierra Chart and that has been discontinued in newer versions.

This is also set to low:

Chart Update Interval: 10 | 2015-10-20 13:37:24

You will have a significant performance consequence to using a setting this low on WINE.

We cannot help with TransAct connection problems on WINE since we do not develop or have any control over the TransAct software.
