Problem s with CQG

Hello i unchecked the Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds on myothers two PC and i can receive your Sierra Chart Data .
So now i Have 1 PC with iqFeed Data , 1 PC with CQG Data , and last PC with your Sierra Chart Data .
But now i have an issue , the second PC with CQG doen't receive any data from CQG .
This after the unchecked data.
I close Sierra and reopen the program but nothing Real Time Data .
How to fix this issue ?

You are able to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed when using CQG. So what is the purpose of running a second copy of Sierra Chart to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed?

So what is the purpose of running a second copy of Sierra Chart to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed?

I am using Sierra on 3 different PC for my research so

I can use the Sierra Exchange JUST on one PC becouse i pay for your data just for one PC .
If i don't uncheck " Allow support for Sierra Chart Data feed " on the others two PC , then i can't receive
the real time data from you .
You write to me :

You can only use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed from one copy of Sierra Chart at a time, unless you pay for additional connections. We see you are also using CQG. Are you using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed with CQG as well?

I uncheked " Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" on the CQG PC and iqFEED PC and now i can see the Real Time data on the 3° PC but no on the CQG PC

You need to activate a second data connection to use with CQG. This can be done here:

But i should like to take the CQG Data , not to have a second Sierra Chart Real time data connection
with your Data. This is becouse i pay already my broker for this .

OK if you are not receiving data from CQG, then follow the instructions here in this section:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Market Data Authorizations for Symbols/Exchanges

If you still have a problem receiving data from CQG, then at that time post a copy of the Message Log so we can determine why.
