Locking Regions ?

is there a way to lock regions? ie. stop them from being adjusted by mistake. i know the scales can be locked but this is about the actual regions.. it's not uncommon for regions to be mistakenly adjusted esp. when using the hand tool to scroll through the charts.

This is not normally a problem. We have never had anyone asked for this. By default, there are only very small areas in the Values Scale on a chart which allow you to change the height of chart regions. Specifically what is it you are doing which is causing the region heights to be changed? Make sure Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> Adjust Regions Tool always Active is not enabled. Great! that setting solved it.. I had it checked all this while.. my eyes were looking for a 'Lock Region' setting all this while. thanks :)
