chart not updating on CQG

Hi, I use AMP CQG on package 3. My chart for ZB (CQG symbol is USA) works fine, but ES (CQG symbol EP) is not updating. I have to manually delete and download data to see the current price. Can you please check? Thank you |

You need to contact your broker, and have them authorize on your CQG account, the exchange for ES. You will need to reconnect to the data feed with the Disconnect and Connect commands on the File menu after they do this. If this is not it, let us know. I have authorization for CQG ES. My account works on CQG native Qtrader. In sierra, I can get data on connecting, but it just does not update. As I said, I have to manually delete and download data to see the update.

Still, it sounds very clearly that there is an authorization problem. What is the symbol of the chart?
