VbP max width type needs to respect period length

There are two options: window width and period length. It makes no sense to have window width mode not respect period length - if you zoom out of a chart with multiple VbP's it's an overlapping mess. A third option would be preferred: period length or window width. All I want is for the width to be MAX(20% window width, period length). Even without that third mode, I believe window width mode should never result in VbP's going past a period length.
