Is it possible that we can put priorities on which markets' data is downloaded first (e.g. first EURUSD, then GBPUSD last NZDUSD). This request may seem strange but with IB data pacing violations I need to have my most important markets download data first, and I can re-download less important markets later.

Thank you.

Edit > Intraday File Update List. This used to work for me. Symbols at the top get downloaded first (unless something's changed).

Search "pacing violations" on old support board for tons of information about appropriate spacing to avoid errors with IB.
