I have used IG Index for some time but I see it is not flavour of the month with SIERRA CHART. Is there a problem with my continuing to use IG or are there distinct disadvantages?

We are putting together a complete case file showing all of the communication we had with IG Markets where clearly they made promises about what they can do and they did nothing and raised various conditions later which were unrelated and never stated at the beginning. Our experience with IG Markets is that they are dishonest, they have a big company attitude where they can simply disregard their obligations and cause people to get hurt without consequence. We definitely do not trust them. However, this is our experience. You have to make your own determination as to whether they are a suitable brokerage for you. Obviously everyone's experience is going to be different. You may not have any trouble with them and that is fine. We expect to have the case file out in about a week.
