Problem to retrieve historical data SC Forex Data (FXCM)

This morning I cannot retrieve historical data. Worked fine all year, so no issues with firewall either. I assume must be an issue with the provider. Log says:.

I just tried to connected thru my 2nd pc and no luck either, so def a provider's issue one should assume...

We have lost access to the FXCM data feed and are awaiting a new password from FXCM to be able to connect to it. They have been told this is a priority.

We are patching through another data feed which covers the Forex pairs and some of the CFD markets like gold.

We should have this done in a few more minutes.

Continue to use the SC Forex Data feed.

The problem is temporarily solved but not all CFDs are available. This will be solved as soon as possible.

The full FXCM data feed is back up. It was up several hours ago. Just letting you know now.

There is some historical Intraday data patching that we need to do for some CFD markets and that will be done in a few hours from now.
