30 second charts

Do any of your historical data feeds have 30 second charts? It doesn't work when I switch to Sierra's Historical Data. I am only able to change the chart to 0-0-30 when Im hooked up to my IB feed? I have version 3. Ideas? |

The Sierra Chart Historical Data service provides tick by tick data. So you most certainly can create 30 second charts. The 30 second chart is not working with my EQUITIES it is only working with the futures charts. Ideas? It shows 30 second data ahead of the price action (where it has yet to plot) but when you cursor over where price has already plotted it's only 1 minute candles. |

As mentioned before when Im using the data feed through IB it displays the 30 second chart fine. When I switch to Historical Sierra data it does not give me anything under a minute.

OK we had gotten confused because you had mentioned Interactive Brokers in the beginning so we thought the data was being downloaded when Interactive Brokers was being used. Update to the latest release of Sierra Chart, and even when the "SC Historical Data Service" is the selected Service, you will get 1 second data for US stocks/equities.
