CQG market depth issue

Hello SC team, please take a look at the attached screenshots. There are some problems with market depth appearance (and all symbols are affected) since I re-connected to the trading service 10 minutes ago. It takes a lot of time for market depth to complete loading. Something like this happens time to time at session open (6:00 PM Eastern) with CQG feed. Please advise. ver. 1297 Thanks.
