displayed value different color than line

My current price line is colored Orange but its value displays in the 'values scale' as white. How do I make the value display in the same color?

You need to enable the Subgraph >> Value Label in the Study Settings window for this study. This is documented here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ChartStudies.html#SubgraphsTab Although thinking about this, probably the last trade price box is drawn on top of the Value Label. So you have to change the color for the last trade price box.
