could you explain why Trigger Offset and Trail Offset cannot be larger than the initial Stop Offset? i am trying to create an initial stop loss of 3 ticks that will trail the market by 4 ticks once the trade is in profit. thanks.

This may be a problem in the version you are running.

In the case of OEC, if you try to modify the Attached Orders before they have been activated, you cannot because OEC will not allow it.

The solution to this is to uncheck this option here:
Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Use Server-Side OCO and Bracket Orders
