connection problem

Hi there I am having trouble logging in with the following error message please help :)

..meant to add this happened out of the blue after a year or so trouble free

This is the relevant error message:

FXCM FIX Trading session: Received a Logout message. Text = user not recognised or password incorrect.2 | 2015-10-02 06:53:51

Contact FXCM and get your current password. They may have changed it. And enter that in the Connection Details in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.

ok but nothing has changed my password is the same and I have tried 1-3 times - can SCs recognise me - just don't know what to do

This error originates from the FXCM system. There are news reports out now that there was a security breach with FXCM systems. So almost certainly they have changed everyone's password.
