I Floated the tool bar #1
And can't put it back under the menu bar ??????
I can only close it . Then only get it by going
to window select tool bar #1 > Brings it up in "float" only ??

You need to right click on toolbar and select "Attach to top" in context menu.

Only wayI can get it back is to drag float over HAND
And right double click . puts it back ..
I follow your instructoins . Attach in context menu ...
I do not get. What's context menu ?????????
Also >> NOw got this HAND bar under tool bar. ike to get rid of it ...

I figured out "Hand"
It's the "description" of what's
selected in The Short-cut Menu.
Do we want to hide it ?? Can we ??
