Hello,

I'm getting "Historical download skipped" when SC tries to update historical chart of $DXY.Chart hasn't been updated since 25.9.
Tried to load USDX,that chart is even worse,it shows data till 16.9. I'm getting same message for both charts when i try to Edit-->Download data.My package is 1.
Any idea what is wrong?

For $DXY you need Sierra Chart service package 3.

For the problem with USDX, restart Sierra Chart, open a chart for this symbol and post a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog

-----
To change your Sierra Chart service package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on "Change Service Package".

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your usage time is adjusted.

.."downloads are not enabled"-that's odd,as all other charts i'm having open are updated correctly when i run SC.
BTW,intraday USDX is fine.

We realize now that USDX is a market statistics symbol and requires Sierra Chart service package 3.

We would not think you would be able to get any streaming real-time data for this either.

Alternatively you could add the symbol: File >> Find Symbol >> CFD >> USDOLLAR
