Hi, I have a trial account at present. I wish to use Sierra Chart simultaneously on a number of independent PCs. Can I do this using one regular (non-trial) account or will I need to subscribe to an account for each machine? Many thanks.

You just need your one Sierra Chart account. It required activation. There is a limit of 3 systems per account at Sierra Chart service package 5.

Your account has been activated and/or reset.

A restart is necessary if Sierra Chart is already running. Exit the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". Open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.

After your Sierra Chart usage time ends, you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit".

I currently have service package 3. Is this limited to 2 systems per account? (I am unable to open a third.)

If so, I assume I can upgrade to service package 5.

Thanks.

Yes you need to be on Sierra Chart service package 5 to use 3 systems at a time.

To change your Sierra Chart service package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on "Change Service Package".

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your usage time is adjusted.
