Hi Every time I tried to login It crashes. It starts to download the data and then it crashes. Is there a way to have access to the message log other than being inside the program. Please let me know thanks |

You might be running a recent version which has a specific problem with historical data downloading which causes this. If the problem is what we think it is, then this is resolved. Install the latest version of Sierra Chart using this link: https://www.sierrachart.com/downloads/SierraChartSetupNoCLR.exe In your case it must be installed into this folder: C:\SierraChart\SierraChartTransActMA If you do not have that folder on your system, let us know.
