I'm having trouble duplicating (using a hand calculator or excel)the degrees answer given with the chart calculator. Using GBP/JPY 1 min or 1 hour chart. Value per point in Ticks: Setting = 1 First I have read your all your documentation and have searched the Old Support board and the New Support Board. But, I'm frustrated by using Rise over Run - I don't get your value. Is there an additional "Factor" that is needed after calculating the Rise/Run formula??? Thank you in advance for your help. rise/run is the tangent of the angle. You have to solve the trig tangent formula to get the angle.
