Trade Activity Log - Live Trade filled not shown

Using v1296, found that live trade order filled today not shown in "Trade Activity Log". Can only see order filled up to last trade day (Sep 11). Also, I can see today's filled order under "Orders and Positions" windows (see attached).

Pls assist. Thx.

As long as you have the Trade Account set correctly on the Trade Activity Log, the only thing that we can think of is that the order fill was not received in real-time and was not able to be requested from TWS.

Was Sierra Chart connected to your Interactive Brokers account at the time the fill occurred?

Also if the order was never submitted from Sierra Chart this can be another potential issue but the reason why is not something that we would necessarily know. TWS may not have sent the order fill to Sierra Chart.

IB had changed my trading account ID, as a results, the above happened. Case closed.
