I understand that if the quote board is showing 00 00 00 in it that it may not be activated. I plan to purchase a license when my 15 days are up. I want to practice with Sierra Charts until the end of the month.Could you make sure that everything possible is turned on in my Sierra Chart. Thank you RC Johnsen

Your Sierra Chart account is active so that is not the problem. It is not unusual before the market opens to see some zero values on the Quote Board.
