Incorrect Number of bars per day

With CLV5-NYMEX loaded, on a 30 minute chart, I only get 47 bars per day. The 23:30 bar is missing.

Markets are closed for maintenance for 45 min every day Mon thru Fri, 5:15PM to 6:00PM Eastern. Thus, there are should be only 47 30-min candles (considering 47th candle is in fact a 15-min candle). So, there are no any errors on your charts.
