I'm getting multiple disconnections to TTNet Data through Sierra Chart during the day for some time now.

Vendor says nothing is wrong on their end.

I need to find out if this is an SC problem and what I can do about it.

Thinking this might be Sierra Chart since software was not re-started after disconnect - which was 30 minutes ago. However, the external connection for the sierra.exe was reset/reconnected at that time:

Not sure why this would reset.

This is definitely not caused by Sierra Chart:

TT FIX Trading socket (9) | Closed. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.

This is caused by a network communication problem.

And you definitely do not have to restart Sierra Chart.

Refer to help topic 1.2:

If you continue to have this problem, you may want to contact your broker and have them set you up on a different backend trading system like CQG or Rithmic.
