10 tick chart not showing 10 ticks

I am running a 10 tick candle chart. Sometimes my chart shows a candle with only 2 ticks. When checked with the Values Chart,it shows 10 ticks between the high and low. How do I get the chart to each candle as 10 ticks |

In Chart >> Chart Settings >> Bar Period Type there are several Range Per Bar* settings. Specifically which one are you using? We need the exact name.
