Historical Bid/Ask Tick Data From Rithmic

Hi SC, I currently have a paid "Service package 5" account with you and a demo paper trading account with Rithmic. I've setup Sierrachart to receive Rithmic's realtime and historical futures tick data. In SC I'm able to display many days of Rithmic's tick by tick BID/ASK prices on certain Futures contracts, but only a few hours worth on other futures contracts. For instance, I'm able to display many days of historical tick by tick BID/ASK prices for NQU5-CME, but can only display a few hours worth for M6EU5-CME and ZCZF-CBOT. Any idea what the issue is? Go to the M6EU5-CME chart and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
