Time accuracy problems

Hi. can't log on to Sierra charts this is the log, but I Can't find any issues with the time zone or computer time?? Help please..

We have verified that your computers time zone is not set to Brisbane time.

A computer clock has 2 settings. There is the time setting itself and the time zone setting. The time zone is clearly set incorrectly.

Well, there is no doubt there is something wrong with the time settings on the computer. That we are certain of.
