Trade with target and stop loss

Dear All Whenever I am placing a trade with 1 stop loss and 1 target on the SIMULATION account i am getting the following error. "TRADE ORDER ERROR:PARENT PRICE IS MORE THAN 25% DIFFERENT THAN ORIGINAL ATTACHED ORDER PRICE". Kindly advise Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-09-05 06:47:49

On the Targets tab of the Trade Window for the chart, this indicates that the Limit Offset and Stop Offset are not set correctly. What are they set to?
