User Email Question - IB Trading

I had linked my account to IB. When I enter a trade with a stop order and a stoplossorder attached, the stoporder goes to IB but the stoploss goes to IB after that the stoporder is filled. That gives a big problem, when for whatever reason the connection to IB is lost before that the order is filled. Is there a solution for that problem now? Sierra Chart Support |

We understand what you are requesting and currently this is not supported. It is in our longer-term plans to add support for this but it will not be anytime soon. What you can do is enter the order through Trader workstation in the case where you do not expect the main order to fill for a while. This is what we recommend doing.
